Pre-Audit
Consultancy: Prior to your initial or annual Audit visit from
the BCS, we are happy for your Test Centre staff to call our Support
Desk and discuss the BCS requirements for the audit.
We will then
any cover any questions they have, and address any
concerns that they may have over the procedures involved. All Activ Support Centre Services are free of charge.
Audit Records: If you register for the BCS Premier Service, the Activ Test system securely stores all the registration, examination, registration, and results data required for your audit. The built-in standard reports set is freely accessed from the ActivTest Administration System.
Pre-Audit
Report: We currently use the ActivTest System
to provide our Clients with a tailored and prepared Audit Report
that they use to provide evidence of their activity to
BCS External Verifiers. Again this saves large amounts
of time for our
Clients, and simplifies the annual Audit inspection process.
In addition, the comprehensive report set provided with
the administration software can instantly be used to provide
any additional information the Auditor may require.
System Configuration: The ActivTest software can be configured to match any record keeping structure you need to simplify your Test Centre organisation and management. Unlimited numbers of testing groups, satellite centres and sub-organisations can be defined within your own enterprise. In addition, achive areas for yearly management of completion and certification data can be set up for, allowing efficent housekeeping of all your data over time.
